Event on 1/1
Folks,
I checked the weather and we are looking a temps near the freezing point tonight. I can't speak for anyone else, but the event that I am running WILL BE DOWNSTAIRS. Because holy crap is that cold!

Re: Retainers
Not staff, just opinionated. Is this a case of "sorry, the HST doesn't see the world that way guess your character was just wrong - have fun dealing with the rude awakening."? Please no, let's not do this. That would be far less than fun, particularly since we have a lot of players in our player bas...

Pardon me while I go all BBC geeky on you :) Having been the peruser of *ahem* quite a few historical dramas and *ahem, again* quite a lot of actual history, I can say that the dishwasher of the duke actually WAS treated rather differently than say... the dishwasher of the merchant. So while you may...

Well, you're absolutely right that this isn't the current game culture.
I think I like your way better, to be honest. But it'll take some getting used to.

Yes, we've been overplaying it a bit. But I think the position posited here goes too far in the other direction. It should be noticeable.

Costuming help?
Hiya folks, Say is anyone who plans to be at game tomorrow (and likely earlier than listen up) able and/or willing to do a crown braid? I have a rather sudden desire to actually dress up for Court but my attempts to my hair in that style myself tend to be super messy. If not, no worries but I figure...

Well that just made this a whole lot easier. I was under the mistaken impression that you'd need a downtime per week from someone in the clan. Ok then! Much betterGinger wrote:We're expecting a minimum of one downtime, per month, per clan. Not one per character, not one per week.

If we are a long time player without a player account, can we make one using the linked account system and THEN set it to be our main account? Or will we have to make one the old way?

Re: Secret NPCs
Ooh, ooh! I actually have an opinion on a thing for once! I am personally not terribly fond of secret NPC's. Mostly because we have a big enough game that I don't always interact with every single PC in a given night. I kind of like to know what plot is in the pipe, for no other reason than I get to...
