I don't see anything unusual about the account. Is it possible you need to reset your password?
Try the "Forgot Your Password" link.

The username "Chad Nossmen" is still operational.
If you can't reset your password, please let me know. I'll test your account and send you a new password.

I reset your password, and was able to log in with it.
I have sent your username and password. You should now be able to log in as "Chad Nossmen". I just did.
