Character Sheet Handling Special Characters

The Character sheet generator doesn't escape quotation marks properly.
To reproduce:
Create a character with sire "Sire" (include quotes)
Review.
Expected behavior:
Quotes would be left as text with quotes, or an error would occur.
Actual result:
Some screens show Sire as empty, some show it with quotes.
