I'm locked out of a couple of my accounts due to getting the password wrong, and no matter how many times I try the captchas it keeps telling me I'm wrong... is there any way to reset it so I can just log in with my reset password?

I have the same problem, often. The CAPTCHA is really touchy and difficult, and it usually takes me a dozen tries to make a new NPC.

I also have this same problem, and am pretty much resigned to only ever logging in to the Katya account and using account switching to access anyone else (I know it says I can contact the admin, but Brian, I don't want to bug you every time I have captcha issues--at least, not until I'm locked out entirely).

Though I find this style of captcha really hard to read to begin with, so possibly I really am just very bad at entering them correctly.

Clearly you are all secret robots. You cannot hide the truth now!

If you're currently having trouble on any of your accounts let me know and I'll reset your password and mark your account as active so you shouldn't have to use the captcha. Also, I lowered some of the complexity settings on the captcha for now. Hopefully that helps.
