Red roll over status thing not working.

Red roll over status thing not working.
I noticed that the roll over text for the red statuses are not working on the status page. (IE: The prince of Sacramento used to say that in roll over text.)

What browser/OS?
These are working for me in Chrome 5.0 and Firefox 3.6 under Windows 7. I just discovered that it appears to not be working in Internet Exploiter, so I'm looking into that...

IE Windows 7. It was working before on this machine, so not sure what gives.

My guess, Microsoft did a Patch Tuesday that broke Internet Explorer.
I rewrote the code for them in CSS - try again. Do not click on the city names, please.
