Since it lists 14 people in the general chat, I'm guessing it's not a wide spread issue.

I know Brian is working on fixing the issues, but if anyone is interested I can help you set up a different client (something other than using the browser). I'm not too familiar with Mac OS, but if you're running Windows or Linux you have a lot of options. I'm using Trillian Astra right now and have no issues connecting. Pidgin is also a good client that many gamers use. PM me if you're interested. :3

I'm also happy to help folks set up clients if they have continuing problems. For the Mac, I strongly recommend Adium.

I'd love to work on this, but for me to do so, I have to knock everyone off the chat (so I'd like to find a low usage time) In the meantime, I highly recommend a third party client like Trillian, Pidgin, mIRC, BitchX, etc.

This *should* be resolved. I tested approximately 20 connections from the web client today. No problems at all. If you do get a "Disconnected from IRC" message with no explanation, this may be because too many connected at the exact same time. There is a throttling variable that keeps someone from logging in a bunch of bots and flooding the network. The limitation is 5 connections within 15 seconds, so it's kind of hard to actually hit on accident. I expect you guys will be fine, but if not, let me know!
