I'm bringing in a new character, a Nosferatu named Dive from New York City, and would love to establish character ties.
Dive is fairly recently embraced and isn't particularly well-known, but his Sire, Doctor Trouble, is -- he ran a famous Kindred-only circus called Doctor Trouble's Late Night Medicine Show. In the past decade, though, Doctor Trouble left the Camarilla and defaulted on a ton of boons owed, so he's not well-liked in the Camarilla.
