For my newish characters backstory I was wondering if, other then Lennet there were any peoples in game that were in Ukraine or Portland, OR at the below listed times. Note: Anyone in Ukraine is applicable as the character will probably have been roaming around the area during the times listed.
1970-1995 Ukraine Area
1995-2012 Portland, Oregon, USA
Earlier this was pre-embrace so doesn't really matter connection wise.
