Character Tie ins for new Malkavian

Hippie, mainly from the California area, took place in many protests, rallies etc. Been in the United States since 1914. Was in New Foundland from 1912-1914, Born in France. PM me for more info, or if you can/want to be a connection.

She lived/lives Mainly The California area, but she traveled some (from the East coast all the way to the west coast to get there)
Mainly Protests/rallies about wars and human rights
