Character ties!

Hello, everybody!
I'm working on the background for my next character, and was looking to see if anyone wanted to do character links.
I am planning on a Brujah with interests in the occult, the sciences, and the occasional combination of the two; she originates from St. Petersburg but could have been in a lot of different domains throughout Europe after 1820, with the occasional stop in America after transcontinental flight went commercial. Her most frequented domain outside of St. Petersburg is Luxembourg, which she returns to fairly regularly. She presents herself as quiet and bookish, under most non-Brujah-related circumstances. (Interested Brujah, let me know - we'll talk)
