So I got a call yesterday from the producer of a show happening on July 2nd. He's trying to reach out to vampire LARPers in general to get them to come out to the concert, and as he said "Continue your LARP during our event."
It's kind of short notice, but I thought I'd post the announcement here and see if anyone was interested in this. Here is the email he sent me with more details:
You were the first person I contacted, but I'm going to continue
reaching out to people in the LARP community. Please feel free to help
me spread the word. If it's something you or any of the other LARP
games around wanted to work into your story, or put together a one-off
I would be more than willing to give the GM's free admission and the
players tickets to the event for $15 (which is cheaper than any
presales).
As you can see, it's going to be a phenomenal event. Not as crowded as
the SF Wonderland ball that we threw (that was 720), probably more in
the 400-500 range... and a perfect environment for LARPing! Also, good
publicity for you all. You might just get some new players. I wish I'd
thought of including you all sooner. Hopefully it's not too late.

Sounds great, but I don't get off work til late and would need to go home and change and stuff after getting off... and would need to carpool. I'm content to stay in Mountain View for this. =/

For those of you still planning on attending -- You are welcome to. If you'd like to pick up your sheets before hand and have it be an event in San Diego at Prince Tara's court - you are welcome to do so as well.
However, with only three staff - we'll all be staying in Mt. View with the rest of the game.
